returns or exchanges
If you have chosen wrong size or there is some other issue with your bremay item, we are pleased to accept your return or exchange within 14 days from the order received.
In order to be able to exchange your purchase or refund you the full amount, the products have to be in their original state—not used or damaged, including original product packaging and packed for transport carefully to ensure safe shipping.
Customer is responsible for all expenses connected with goods returning.

refund policy
bremay can be asked for an order refunding if:
Customer gets wrong size or product or customer won’t get delivery within 45 days from order acceptance.
Customer cannot get the refund in the following situations:
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (for example wrong shipping address) or your order did not arrive due to bremay out of control factors like some kind of pandemic or natural disaster.
tax and duties
We do not collect the VAT, duties, or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be, if there are some additional charges, must be paid to clear customs.
warranty
bremay products are under a warranty for two years after the date of purchase. The warranty covers material or print inconsistency (fading after normal use is not covered) and may be rejected on products showing evidence of extreme use.
bremay is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
The buyer is required to produce proof of purchase upon request.

environmental impacts and materials
We in bremay really matter about the future. The base keynote is to make things sustainable and long-lasting. It does not mean only using green materials or manufacturing our products the right way. The whole thing is to bring our customers products that are timeless and in that manner ensure that they are not subject to trends.
Therefore we create things minimalistically and mostly use high-quality GOTS materials such as organic cotton with high-level environmental criteria or recyclable paper for packaging. Every our product at present or in the future will be made for the best sustainability we can ensure.
